Biography
Fereydoun Mahmoudi was a protester who was killed during the 2022 nationwide protests in Iran. He died on September 19, 2022, after being targeted by government security forces in the city of Saqqez, Kurdistan province. He is remembered as one of the early martyrs of the movement for freedom and human rights.
فریدون محمودی از معترضانی بود که در جریان خیزش سراسری سال ۱۴۰۱ در ایران جان باخت. او در تاریخ ۲۸ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در شهر سقز استان کردستان توسط نیروهای حکومتی هدف قرار گرفت و کشته شد. نام او به عنوان یکی از جانباختگان راه آزادی در یادها جاودانه شده است.
